cooking with HONEY

You can use honey to bake instead of sugar. 1/2 c honey = 1 c sugar. Here is the transfer:
reduce any liquid by 1/4c.
add 1/2 tsp. baking soda
reduce oven temp by 25 degrees

Potato Salmon Patties/Burgers

15 oz canned Salmon (tuna style) drained and flaked
2 eggs beaten
1/4c garlic and herb bread crumbs
1/4c potato flakes
1/2 medium onion, minced
1 clove minced garlic
1/4t dill weed
1/4t celery salt
salt and pepper

combine above ingredients and make 4-5 patties 1/2 inch thick

fry for 5 min on each side in 2T olive oil
