15 oz canned Salmon (tuna style) drained and flaked
2 eggs beaten
1/4c garlic and herb bread crumbs
1/4c potato flakes
1/2 medium onion, minced
1 clove minced garlic
1/4t dill weed
1/4t celery salt
salt and pepper
combine above ingredients and make 4-5 patties 1/2 inch thick
fry for 5 min on each side in 2T olive oil
